Established in 2002 and 100% privately owned, WG Property Group has more than 15 years experience in the Property Development and Building Constructions industry in Australia and overseas. The main business line of our company is Property Development and Supply of Construction Materials and Building Fitouts. WG Property Group's vision is to provide high quality residential development at affordable pricing to the public. Our most recent completed project is Acacia Estate which consisted of 35 Residential Apartments which were of High Quality Finish, Spacious Habitable areas and design with the end user in mind. The units consisted of Large Spacious bedrooms and Kitchens. Acacia Estate consisted of two Apartment Building of 19 and 16 Units respectively with Lift Access and Security Access to the units and Secure Underground parking with lock up storage areas. There were fifteen (15) two bedroom units and twenty (20) three bedroom units.

Prior to Acacia Estate, WG Property Group had vested interests in Crescent Tower in Fairfield which consisted of 61 Residential Apartments and 4 Commercial Retail Spaces. This was a nine (9) storey commercial/residential building consisting of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom Units.

WG Property Group have also had vested interest in the construction of 158 units in Hurstville. This was also a two tower building consisting of 1,2 and 3 bedroom units.

WG Property Group Managing Director has in excess of fifteen (15) years experience in the construction industry and has been involved in construction projects in both Australia and overseas in Vietnam. The projects include constructions of high rise, medium density housing, commercial and retail building. He has also in excess of twenty (20) years experience in business operations and marketing experience.

Prior to establishing WG Property Group, the Managing Director was managing WG Property Service which has in excess of 15 years experience in building constructions and internal fitouts.

The company has provided internal fit outs for commercial, industrial and residential buildings. The company has also been involved with internal fit outs of high rise buildings, community villages and also project homes.
